The College Bookstore has received these common questions regarding the recent COVID-19 issue and our closing.  Our customers are important to us, so we will update the FAQ page with new information as it is provided by the college management. Stay safe & well!

Is the Bookstore open?

The College Bookstore is closed until the Pennsylvania Governor lifts our Stay At Home Order. The re-opening will be communicated via the bookstore website, email, and social media.  Questions or messages can be directed to bookstore.ycp.edu.

When will my online order be shipped?

To limit the number of interactions among employees we are shipping orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays of each week. We appreciate your patience with the longer than normal delivery times.

When will we be able to pick up regalia?

York College is closed due to the Pennsylvania Governor Stay At Home Order.  We will be communicating with the graduates who ordered regalia once we know more information about commencement and our re-opening.

How can I return my rental textbook(s)?

We are looking at different options for customers with rental returns. The bookstore will communicate with these options on returning your rentals once the campus opens. Your patience is much appreciated.

I have a book to sell back, how can I do that?

Currently, we are offering online textbook buyback through a 3rd party at the following link, http://www.nebook.com/virtualsellback. We will also be offering in-person buyback once students are allowed back on campus.
