In-store Shopping

Is the Bookstore open?

Yes, we are! Please see our store hours for a list of hours.

How will in-store shopping work?

We will be taking the following steps to help keep all Spartans safe.

  • Masks are required for all staff and customers.
  • We have limited the number of customers in the store at a single time to 75 customers. 
  • Sanitation station is placed at the front of the store for you to sanitize your hands, as needed.
  • Stickers are placed on the floor and signage used for checkout to limit contact of persons and provide social distancing.
  • Plexiglass is in place at all registers and desks on the floor to keep our staff and customers safe.

Ordering

When will my online order be ready or shipped?

We are shipping orders Monday through Friday. We anticipate that book orders will take approximately 48-72 business hours to be ready for pick up or being shipped out. We appreciate your patience with the longer than normal delivery times. 

What are the shipping options?

We are currently offering shipping to your home for all materials. We will also be offering in-store pick up.

How can I get the school supplies I need?

We are now offering more items online than ever before. We added many schools and dorm supplies to the website. This includes items like pens, pencils, folders, binders, calculators, and more. We also carry different supply kits to help you get all the necessities and save! 

TEXTBOOKS

How do I get my textbooks?

We have changed the textbook purchasing process this semester. We are no longer having students shop textbooks themselves. Instead, we are offering counter service in which a fellow Spartan will be pulling your order for you.

There are a few ways you can get your textbooks:

  • Order your books online and pick them up at the Bookstore. Please allow for 48 business hours for your order to be processed.
  • Bring a printed copy of your schedule to the Bookstore for a fellow Spartan to pull your books for you.

How can I return my rental textbook(s)?

If you need to return a rental textbook please contact us at Bookstore@ycp.edu and we will arrange for the safe return of your textbook.

I have a book to sell back, how can I do that?

Currently, we are offering online textbook buyback through a 3rd party at the following link, http://www.nebook.com/virtualsellback. We will also be offering in-person buyback once students are allowed back on campus.
