COVID-19 FAQ

The College Bookstore has received these common questions regarding the recent COVID-19 issue and our closing.  Our customers are important to us, so we will update the FAQ page with new information as it is provided by the college management. Stay safe & well!

Is the Bookstore open?

The College Bookstore is closed to in-store customers. The re-opening will be communicated via the bookstore website, email, and social media.  Please direct any questions to bookstore@ycp.edu.

When will my online order be shipped?

We are shipping orders Monday through Friday. We appreciate your patience with the longer than normal delivery times.

How can I return my rental textbook(s)?

You can drop off your book at a number of locations on campus, Manor South, West Campus Community Center Lobby, Northside Commons Lobby, Penn Hall Lobby, or Receiving area at the Bookstore. Please print out the form that was emailed to you for your rental and place it inside each of the books you are returning. If you forgot your form there are forms at each location that can be filled out and placed inside the front cover the textbook. Lastly, if you don't have your book please email us at Bookstore@ycp.edu or call us at 717-849-1699.

I have a book to sell back, how can I do that?

Currently, we are offering online textbook buyback through a 3rd party at the following link, http://www.nebook.com/virtualsellback. We will also be offering in-person buyback once students are allowed back on campus.
